This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to vassilkokali.com.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data is collected and why
Visiting the site
When you load a page, the hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider and are not used to identify you.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click Reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
When you email me
If you write to me, I receive your email address, name and whatever you include in the message. I use it only to reply and to continue the conversation. The legal basis is legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant and then deleted.
This site has no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no contact form, and it does not sell your data, show advertising or build profiles about you.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Choosing Reject after accepting deletes the analytics cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Who processes data on my behalf
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), website hosting.
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), Google Analytics, only with your consent. Google may transfer data to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Google’s standard contractual clauses.
Fonts are served from this website’s own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to external profiles and articles, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and sports or news websites. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. To exercise any of these rights, email vassilkokali4@gmail.com. I will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
